The ManAlive Challenge: To be a Man Found Alive on Two Legs

“We do not want joy and anger to neutralize each other and produce a surly contentment; we want a fiercer delight and a fiercer discontent.” -Orthodoxy by GK Chesterton, Chapter 5

ManAlive Podcast

Paul and Christopher are going to get together to encourage and challenge each other to be men who make a difference in our families and our community for our entire life. We want to be strong physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, and we want you to join us.

On average, American men spend the last 10-13 years of their life unable to do the things they most want to do in life. At least 93% of us, as young as 19, have sub-optimal metabolic health impacting heart health, insulin levels, sex drive and more. We are not going to just accept that this is the way life will be. We are going to fight against that future by investing in our health, empowering our mind, and growing in our faith. We are fathers, husbands, friends and we want to be here for the people who matter the most to us. If that sounds like you, too, join us by listening to the ManAlive Challenge Podcast where we talk about life, health ,faith, food, exercise, supplements, and every other week, we'll hit a GK Chesterton novel - to make sure we are grow physically, mentally and spiritually... and probably comics, Lord of the Rings, movies, and Christopher will reference obscure christian alt bands while Paul’s mood may fluctuate a little with the Eagle's season.

Join the ManAlive Reset, which is a fabulous starting point for the metabolic and philosophic turnaround that most of us need.
